2 | ³ÊÈñ´Â ¿å½ÉÀ» ³»¾îµµ ¾òÁö ¸øÇÏ¿© »ìÀÎÇÏ¸ç ½Ã±âÇÏ¿©µµ ´ÉÈ÷ ÃëÇÏÁö ¸øÇϹǷΠ´ÙÅõ°í ½Î¿ì´Âµµ´Ù ³ÊÈñ°¡ ¾òÁö ¸øÇÔÀº ±¸ÇÏÁö ¾Æ´ÏÇϱ⠶§¹®ÀÌ¿ä | 2 | You want something but don't get it. You kill and covet, but you cannot have what you want. You quarrel and fight. You do not have, because you do not ask God. |
3 | ±¸ÇÏ¿©µµ ¹ÞÁö ¸øÇÔÀº Á¤¿åÀ¸·Î ¾²·Á°í À߸ø ±¸Çϱ⠶§¹®À̶ó | 3 | When you ask, you do not receive, because you ask with wrong motives, that you may spend what you get on your pleasures. |
4 | °£À½ÇÑ ¿©Àεé¾Æ ¼¼»ó°ú ¹þµÈ °ÍÀÌ Çϳª´Ô°ú ¿ø¼ö µÊÀ» ¾ËÁö ¸øÇÏ´À³Ä ±×·±Áï ´©±¸µçÁö ¼¼»ó°ú ¹þÀÌ µÇ°íÀÚ ÇÏ´Â ÀÚ´Â ½º½º·Î Çϳª´Ô°ú ¿ø¼ö µÇ´Â °ÍÀ̴϶ó | 4 | You adulterous people, don't you know that friendship with the world is hatred toward God? Anyone who chooses to be a friend of the world becomes an enemy of God. |
5 | ³ÊÈñ´Â Çϳª´ÔÀÌ ¿ì¸® ¼Ó¿¡ °ÅÇÏ°Ô ÇϽŠ¼º·ÉÀÌ ½Ã±âÇϱâ±îÁö »ç¸ðÇÑ´Ù ÇϽŠ¸»¾¸À» ÇêµÈ ÁÙ·Î »ý°¢ÇÏ´À³Ä | 5 | Or do you think Scripture says without reason that the spirit he caused to live in us envies intensely? |
6 | ±×·¯³ª ´õ¿í Å« ÀºÇý¸¦ Áֽóª´Ï ±×·¯¹Ç·Î ÀÏ·¶À¸µÇ Çϳª´ÔÀÌ ±³¸¸ÇÑ ÀÚ¸¦ ¹°¸®Ä¡½Ã°í °â¼ÕÇÑ ÀÚ¿¡°Ô ÀºÇý¸¦ ÁֽŴ٠ÇÏ¿´´À´Ï¶ó | 6 | But he gives us more grace. That is why Scripture says: 'God opposes the proud but gives grace to the humble.' |
7 | ±×·±Áï ³ÊÈñ´Â Çϳª´Ô²² º¹Á¾ÇÒÁö¾î´Ù ¸¶±Í¸¦ ´ëÀûÇ϶ó ±×¸®ÇÏ¸é ³ÊÈñ¸¦ ÇÇÇϸ®¶ó | 7 | Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. |
8 | Çϳª´ÔÀ» °¡±îÀÌÇ϶ó ±×¸®ÇÏ¸é ³ÊÈñ¸¦ °¡±îÀÌÇϽø®¶ó ÁËÀεé¾Æ ¼ÕÀ» ±ú²ýÀÌ Ç϶ó µÎ ¸¶À½À» Ç°Àº ÀÚµé¾Æ ¸¶À½À» ¼º°áÇÏ°Ô Ç϶ó | 8 | Come near to God and he will come near to you. Wash your hands, you sinners, and purify your hearts, you double-minded. |
9 | ½½ÆÛÇÏ¸ç ¾ÖÅëÇÏ¸ç ¿ïÁö¾î´Ù ³ÊÈñ ¿ôÀ½À» ¾ÖÅëÀ¸·Î, ³ÊÈñ Áñ°Å¿òÀ» ±Ù½ÉÀ¸·Î ¹Ù²ÜÁö¾î´Ù | 9 | Grieve, mourn and wail. Change your laughter to mourning and your joy to gloom. |
10 | ÁÖ ¾Õ¿¡¼ ³·Ã߶ó ±×¸®Çϸé ÁÖ²²¼ ³ÊÈñ¸¦ ³ôÀ̽ø®¶ó | 10 | Humble yourselves before the Lord, and he will lift you up. |
11 | ÇüÁ¦µé¾Æ ¼·Î ºñ¹æÇÏÁö ¸»¶ó ÇüÁ¦¸¦ ºñ¹æÇÏ´Â ÀÚ³ª ÇüÁ¦¸¦ ÆÇ´ÜÇÏ´Â ÀÚ´Â °ð À²¹ýÀ» ºñ¹æÇÏ°í À²¹ýÀ» ÆÇ´ÜÇÏ´Â °ÍÀ̶ó ³×°¡ ¸¸ÀÏ À²¹ýÀ» ÆÇ´ÜÇϸé À²¹ýÀÇ ÁØÇàÀÚ°¡ ¾Æ´Ï¿ä ÀçÆÇ°üÀ̷δ٠| 11 | Brothers, do not slander one another. Anyone who speaks against his brother or judges him speaks against the law and judges it. When you judge the law, you are not keeping it, but sitting in judgment on it. |
12 | ÀÔ¹ýÀÚ¿Í ÀçÆÇ°üÀº ¿ÀÁ÷ ÇÑ ºÐÀÌ½Ã´Ï ´ÉÈ÷ ±¸¿øÇϱ⵵ ÇÏ½Ã¸ç ¸êÇϱ⵵ ÇϽôÀ´Ï¶ó ³Ê´Â ´©±¸À̱⿡ ÀÌ¿ôÀ» ÆÇ´ÜÇÏ´À³Ä | 12 | There is only one Lawgiver and Judge, the one who is able to save and destroy. But you-who are you to judge your neighbor? |
